Viva Global is excited to announce its new partnership with Greenway Giants Baseball & Softball Club from the North Western Suburbs in Sydney NSW.

This partnership will see Viva as the official Apparel & Merchandise supplier to the Greenway Giants as well as the official merchandise supplier for the Greenies Tournament that is played each year over the October long weekend for the next three years.

With over 500 playing members, Greenway are a family-based club relentlessly pursuing opportunities to maximise the potential of every player, catering for all skill levels and offering opportunities to socialise and enjoy the fellowship of sport. With 18 junior teams, 14 senior teams, 2 women's teams (with the A grade team going for the threepeat in 2017/2018), Sydney Winter Baseball League teams and this season it has introduced two softball teams.

After working closely with VIVA over the past couple of months to design a range of on-field and off-field apparel we couldn't be more excited to officially announce this partnership said President Joe Nati.

Viva has a reputation for supplying superior, modern sporting apparel and merchandise to some of the largest brands and sports in Australia, and we are excited to welcome them to the The Greenway Giants family. 

Ashley Blair, Viva Sales Manager, is excited to be partnering with Greenway Giants. Viva has strong ties with baseball which includes being the official apparel partner of both Baseball Victoria and Baseball SA, said Blair.

We love working with baseball clubs and associations across the country and we're ecstatic to have Greenway Giants joining us on this journey. We look forward to seeing the Greenway Giants members and participants from the Greenies Tournament in Viva's Inspired Performance Apparel.

The Greenies Tournament is conducted by the Greenway Baseball Club in conjunction with Sydney Diamond Sports which provides a tournament that gives teams from all over NSW and interstate the opportunity to compete in a large tournament.

The opportunity to be involved as the merchandise apparel supplier for one of the biggest baseball tournaments in Australia will play a major role in Viva's strategy to grow its business and brand on the east coast of Australia.

As part of the partnership with Greenway Giants Baseball Club, each month a junior player will be awarded the Viva Inspired Performance award. The award recognises players who have shown an inspired performance, not necessarily awarded to the best player, but the player that inspires at training, games, around the club and displays good sporting behaviour. Coaches will nominate a player who delivers an inspired performance and the eventual winner will receive a Viva Inspired Sports Pack.
