Conspiracy E-Sports join the Viva team
Viva Global is excited to announce its first partnership with an eSports team – Conspiracy eSports.
eSports is competitive video-gaming with tournaments played online and in stadiums where teams of professional players battle each other in a variety of games. eSports has an international audience of close to 250 million people and is estimated at being a $1.2 billion industry globally.
Recently AFL Football Club the Adelaide Crows announced it had acquired a professional eSports team and the AFL has also flagged its intention to engage in the eSports industry. International powerhouse clubs such as Manchester City, AS Roma, Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat have all invested in eSports given the rapid growth of this industry as it provides an opportunity to reach new audiences and grow their brand.
Founded earlier this year, Conspiracy eSports has quickly developed into a leading eSports organisation in the Australia and New Zealand region, fielding top level teams in Counter Strike Global Offensive, Rocket League, Paladins, and Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds.
“We had several offers of full sponsorship for our jerseys but in the end it was an easy choice for us to go with Viva Global. Conspiracy eSports will be wearing the Viva Global designed jersey at the upcoming PAX tournament, which is the biggest gaming event in the Southern hemisphere. This tournament is being held in Melbourne from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 October at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
